Lately there has been some new fitness equipment and techniques featured on TV that you can purchase, and use to your sexual advantage! You've probably seen how the Shakers work, now there is the 3 Minute Legs workout. Tone, shape, and strengthen your thighs. I added the video so you can take a look at how the workout plays out. Make your own judgement and tell me what you think. I think all you need to do is stick a dildo on top and you got yourself a workout + sexual pleasure. The Shakers well...speak for themselves, and now this. What are people thinking? I really hope none of you are falling for these gimmicks. You can do many different exercises without equipment in your own home, and get real results. Don't purchase something you'll use once, look like a fool forever and get no results with.

No One Likes the Blue Jays

Well, the Toronto Blue Jays have put out record all time lows for spectator attendance when playing the White Sox recently. That's kinda what happens though when you tell your fans your not going to be that great in the next season. I guess the Jays playing like junk so far has a bit to do with it too.
The Blue Jays did it again in their last game, another low attendance from fans. I wonder if the visiting team's players count towards the attendance? I think I had a larger audience back in high school when I was in the high schools production of Anne of Green Gables.

Gosselin Good As Gone

If you've been following Dancing with the Stars then you heard that at last night's result show, the mother of 8, Kate Gosselin finally was voted off. Let me be the first of many to say 'It's about damn time'. Ever since week one she hasn't impressed anyone. I understand she is a beginner, but come on. Have you seen her performances? My dog has more class and pizazz than her. There was nothing eye catching about her dancing, and the speed...it felt like watching a tape in slow motion. It simply just wasn't dancing. I was definitely happy to see her go since it came down to either Kate or Pam Anderson. At least Pam gives us something to look at...

At least now Kate can get back to what she should be doing, and thats being a nagging mother to her 8 kids.
